CDA decides to auction the residential and commercial plots from different areas of Islamabad to generate funds for various development projects. The meeting was held in Capital Development Authority Headquarters to discuss the details of the decision.
The meeting participants reviewed over 40 plots in the Northern strip of E-11, Park Enclave, Blue Area, a petrol pump in D-12, and several residential plots in sector F-10. The Capital Development Authority wing formed a team to explore and find plots for sale in Islamabad.
The wind will present its finding in the next meeting of the CDA board, which will be responsible for the auction of identified plots.
It is pertinent to note here that CDA generates most of its revenue from auctioning plots in the city. The previous revenue is used to support civic development initiatives and pay wages to the employees.
