ISLAMABAD: CDA decides to build five parking plazas simultaneously to alleviate parking issues in Islamabad.
A meeting was chaired by Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) Noorul Amin Mengal at the CDA headquarters. A one-point agenda of shrinking parking places and the need for parking plazas in the federal capital territory was discussed in the meeting.
The CDA chairman was briefed on the under-construction plaza near Savours Food in the Blue Area. Moreover, planned plazas were also part of the briefing.
Engineering Member Syed Munawar Shah put forward the suggestion of building at least two parking plazas. However, the Chairman instructed the engineering wing to construct five parking plazas instead of two. The CDA chairman also asked the concerned wing to start working on the plazas simultaneously.
The selected locations for the plazas are Blue Area in G-9, Karachi Company (G-9), F-8, F-10, and I-8 Markaz. CDA took the decision to resolve the parking issue faced by citizens.For the latest Real Estate News and Blogs, visit Realtors blogs.
