The relevant authorities have shared the IJP Signal Free Road completion date under the revised layout plan. According to the revised layout, the IJP signal-free road will include protected U-Turns for smooth traffic flow.
According to the information, LED streetlights will be installed on the signal-free road to keep roads illuminated while saving energy. The work on widening the road will be completed by 2023, including two bridges, two flyovers, and seven culverts.
The flyover will be constructed on 9th Avenue, whereas the bridges will be built in the areas of Pirwadhai and Katarian area. Furthermore, a special control room & cell will be set up to maintain smooth flow under untoward circumstances.
