KP Minister Faisal Amin Gandapur inaugurates the Development work of the New Peshawar Valley Project. The work will finally transform the land into a model city. The minister stated that the intimation letter was already distributed to the people from whom the land was acquired.
While discussing the project details, Mr. Gandapur said that the project would be eco-friendly and aesthetic as it would be an architectural masterpiece. There will be playgrounds, an artificial lake, health facilities, and spacious parks in the city.
Furthermore, he said that the New Peshawar Valley Project is 5 times bigger than Hayatabad and will be developed in 6 major Mawaziat of Peshawar & Nowshera Districts. The project manager further shared the details and said it would cover around 101,000 acres of land to accommodate 8 Lac people.
There will be 80 thousand houses spreading over 3 Marlas to 4 Kanal of land. While sharing information, it was also told that 4 thousand Kanal were also acquired for spacious highways.
