Islamabad: The Foreign Minister (Bilawal Bhutto Zardari) reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to high-quality and fast-track development of CPEC (China-Pakistan-Economic-Corridor) projects and accelerating industrial relocation to Pakistan, particularly in CPEC Special Economic Zones.
The newly-appointed foreign minister emphasized his dedication to obtaining new momentum for Pak-China bilateral strategic cooperative collaboration and developing new avenues for practical cooperation. He held a virtual conference with the Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi, where both discussed regional, bilateral, and global problems of interest.
Minister Zardari thanked China for its strong support of Pakistan’s economic development and valued the transformational impact of CPEC on Pakistan’s infrastructure, energy, socio-economic growth, and industrialization.
