KP approves funds of rupees 5 billion for tourism zone development in Torghar District

The KP government has approved 5 billion rupees for developing the Tourism zone in Torghar District. While briefing at the inauguration ceremony of Mansari-Maduri Road, district development advisory committee Chairman Laiq Muhammad Khan said that government will likely develop the Bartoni area of Torghar district for tourism promotion in the area.

The Torghar project will include the construction of roads, rest houses, and other infrastructure. The Minister also informed that funds are allotted to develop schools and healthcare facilities in the region.

It is pertinent to note here that it is the first time Torghar has been allotted funds for schools and road development after it was given the status of a settled area.
