Local activists of Harnaqa demanded the KP government reconstruct Chattarplain-Kuzabanda Road.
Mansehra: The local activists have demanded the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government reconstruct the damaged areas of Chattarplain-Kuzabanda Road.
The activists have raised voices for the residents of Harnaqa and its adjacent areas to reconstruct Chattarplain-Kuzabanda Road. It is one of the main roads connecting Chattarplain to the Battagram district via the Karakoram Highway.
The road is in terrible condition. Heavy rainfall and flooding badly destroyed some parts of the road.
The activists pointed out that the road is unsafe due to the higher rate of accidents. Moreover, the risk of accidents significantly increases in winter due to snowfall.
People have requested the KP government to reconstruct the road. They also demanded the construction of a protective wall to prevent any damage in the future.
