Lahore: PHA Lahore has designated four sites to complete the target of planting one million saplings in the capital city of Punjab.
The Parks and Horticulture Authority’s Director stated that 1 Lac saplings would be planted around Lahore Ring Road from the 1 million planting target. Furthermore, seventy thousand saplings will be planted around Lahore Airport and its surroundings.
Director General said PHA has considered shifting the watering system to solar power. He also ensured that PHA would be responsible for watering plants through alternative methods in case of rain shortage.
