The Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency has approved a new housing society in Rawalpindi, “Prism Town,” under Naya Pakistan Housing Program –NPHP.
Prism Town will be developed in Mouza Pharwal Dolal, Tehsil Gujar Khan, Rawalpindi. Senior Minister Punjab Mian Aslam Iqbal approved the housing society at the 87th board meeting of PHATA in Lahore.
It was informed that the housing scheme would provide a 20% quota for the applicants seeking low-cost housing units under NPHP.
The focal person in the SMBR – Senior Member Board of Revenue to increase the construction speed of low-cost houses in Punjab. The minister said that the construction and completion of houses under NPHP are on the government’s priority list.
