Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif proposed that the multibillion-dollar China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project to Include Turkey.
Sharif said producing the CPEC into a trilateral project with Pakistan, Turkey, and China will be beneficial for the region while talking at a ceremony in Karachi to launch PNS Badr, the third ship beneath the framework of Turkey’s National Ship Project (MLGEM).
The ongoing China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) was hovered to restore regional connectivity, and a trilateral agreement with the inclusion of Turkiye might prove beneficial for the people in the area.
His statements come only one day after Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi suggested broadening the BRICS alliance, which includes Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa.
