Capital Development Authority is simplifying the process of property transfer and related procedures. Therefore, the authority is abolishing the unnecessary requirements related to real estate. The ‘transfer letters printing’ has been centralized in the first phase of the simplifying process.
According to the details, from August onwards, the Assistant Director Admitting One-Window Operation Directorate will take over the procedure that includes printing the transfer letter, sign, and stamp. Once the embossing is over, the Transferee will be handed over the document on the same day. The instruction has already been sent to the Directorate of Information and Technology to make the necessary arrangements before 1st August.
Likewise, the replacement of NOC from the Building Control Section for property transfer to legal heirs with an undertaking. Furthermore, the period of NOC issuance issued by Estate Management -1 and Estate Management-II has been reduced to 4 days.
The directions for necessary changes have been sent to the relevant departments. The changes are made to facilitate the citizens by simple property transfer and allotment procedure.
