Rawalpindi: The DG RDA has emphasized the importance of timely and quality services while instructing RDA employees to promptly address any obstacles hindering the resolution of citizens’ issues.
Rawalpindi Development Authority’s (RDA) Director General (DG), Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa, has ordered RDA officers to put their best foot forward in providing relief to the citizens. The move comes as part of the DG RDA’s broader push to make the provision of quality and timely services RDA’s top priority.
The DG RDA has also directed the Land Use and Building Control Wing to expedite the approval process for building maps while also taking strict action against illegal and unauthorized construction and commercial activities. Additionally, the DG RDA has warned citizens against investing in illegal housing schemes and advised them to check the status of housing projects before investing.
The DG RDA has further emphasized the importance of adhering to rules and regulations pertaining to new constructions while also making it clear that citizens must pay only the RDA fee fixed by the government without paying any additional amount to any official.
Any complaints or ambiguity can be directed to the DG RDA office, which will take appropriate action.
