Saudi Arabia has announced a package in support of $3 billion as deposits in the State Bank of Pakistan. Fawad Chaudhry, the minister for information and broadcasting tweeted that Saudi Arabia is also financing refined petroleum products with $1.2 billion during the year.
Prime Minister Imran Khan also thanked Prince Mohammad bin Salman for supporting Pakistan. This comes as a respite for Pakistan since Pakistan is struggling with the economic crisis.
