Karachi: Sindh minister instructed the cooperative housing societies to computerize their records for transparency in real estate and other property-related matters.
Jam Ikramullah Dharejo, Sindh Minister for Industries and Cooperative Department, visited Meerut Cooperative Housing Society near Gulshan-e-Maymar to inaugurate Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Park in the housing society. He was accompanied by Cooperative Housing Societies Registrar Muhammad Hussain Baloch.
During his visit, the minister directed the digitization of the records and lauded the biometric transfer of plots. He further added that the computerization of the records should be completed as soon as possible to benefit citizens. The minister also shared his vision to facilitate property transfer through NADRA to avert any illegal/double allotments.
