Narowal: The Federal Government has initiated work at Central Highway Project in Narowal district (a district in Shakargarh Tehsil). The project is spread over various villages, including “Jassar Gar to Sialkot Cantt.”
The 70 Km long road is estimated to be completed in 36 months. With the construction of highways, the commuting time for locals will reduce. Hence it will improvise mobility. The approximate cost of the Central Highway Project is 70 billion PKR. It was stated that constructing the Central Highway is a significant breakthrough and development in the region’s infrastructure.
The Central Highway Project is expected to provide new opportunities for business and significant aid in the overall region’s development.
