An agreement worth 85 million dollars has been signed between World Bank and Pakistan for PHFP – Pakistan Housing Finance Project. The project aims to benefit the lower- and middle-class people. Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Minister for Economic Affairs, witnessed the signing ceremony in the Federal Capital of Pakistan.
Acting Country Director of the World Bank guaranteed that the bank would continuously support the Pakistan government to help in promoting sustainable and inclusive economic growth with their financial and technical assistance.
On occasion, Ministry for Economic Affairs echoed the factors of their partnership with the World Bank.
