CDA has finally approved a revised layout plan for the Northern Strip of E-11 & C-11 sectors. The revised layout plan includes the development of more commercial and residential plots.
Capital Development Authority Chairman approved the revised design in a board meeting. The board members approved the revised plan of a northern strip of E-11 and allowed the plotting of 103 commercial and apartment plots instead of apartment projects.
The Board also decided that the laws for Markaz of Islamabad should be applied to these commercial plots. Likewise, the Board has approved the size increase in plots of sector C-14.
The decision is taken to attract potential buyers and fetch more revenue from plots sales in the sector while enhancing the construction standards in the city.
