Islamabad: CDA has released reminders about commercial plot auctions in different sectors of Islamabad. The reminder notification is issued in a popular newspaper in Pakistan.
According to the details, the auction will take place from 29 May to 31 May at Jinnah Convention Centre from 10 AM. The plots of the following sectors/ areas will be auctioned;
Park Enclave, Agro Farms, Class-III Shopping Centre, Various Marakiz (plots), Blue Area, E-11 Northern Strip, E-11 & F-11 (marquee), etc.
It was stated that interested buyers could get the broachers for details of plots from the “one-window” directorate and selected branches of banks, including; Askari Bank, UBL, MCB, HBL, Bank of Punjab, etc.
The civic body of the Federal City is labeled as a “golden opportunity of investment in Islamabad” for overseas Pakistani and local people with legal protection.
