Islamabad: In a strategic move to foster urban development, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced plans for a comprehensive auction of plots, agro farms, and apartments in Islamabad.
The Auction is scheduled for 10-12 January 2024 and addresses budgetary challenges while providing diverse investment opportunities. The Auction at F9 Park’s Gandhara Hall will feature prime properties in sought-after locations like Blue Area, Centres, and Park Road.
The Auction presents a spectrum of investment options from petrol pumps and shopping centers to agro farms and IT centers.
To facilitate the process, CDA emphasizes the importance of a prompt 25% bid amount collection, offering a 5% discount for USD payments and a substantial 10% discount for total payments within a month of bid acceptance.
