Islamabad: An affordable apartment project for overseas Pakistanis is launched as a joint venture of CDA and the Government of Pakistan.
The residential project “Nilore Overseas Residencia Phase-1” is launched by the collaboration of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Government of Pakistan. The project offers 779 Sqft., 2-bedroom apartments on Lehtrar Road, Zone-IV, Islamabad.
Overseas Pakistanis can submit their applications via an online portal from February 25 to March 31, 2023. The computerized balloting will take place on April 15, 2023.
CDA and the Government will jointly supervise the project. As per the eligibility criteria set by the CDA, overseas Pakistanis with valid NICOP/Pakistan origin cards are eligible to apply. All the payments will be made in US dollars.
