The Interior Minister has announced the completion date of 10th Avenue. A 1,480 million PKR budget was released for the construction of the project in the last financial year.
The construction work on 10th Avenue started in March 2022 and will be completed by the end of 2023 in approximately 21 months.
According to the details, the contract for Phase 1 has been awarded to National Logistics Cell with a budget of 10. 286 billion. The overall length of the road is 8.2 Km, and the 1st phase includes a 5 Km road from IJP Road to Srinagar Highway.
It is important to note that around 1,474 million has been given out of total funds for different construction projects in the last financial year.
