KP Government Plans to Connect Abbottabad and Hazara Motorway Directly

Peshawar: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has proposed the development of a direct route that connects Abbottabad city to the Hazara Motorway. The proposed project is currently under consideration, and further updates will be provided once the government finalizes its decision.

The provincial government has formally requested the federal government to expand the Sherwan Interchange. Additionally, the former has submitted a request to construct a tunnel-based interchange to Islamabad.

The primary objective of this ambitious project is to establish seamless connectivity between Abbottabad City, Mansehra, Nathiagali, and the surrounding areas. This will ultimately help reduce traffic congestion in Abbottabad City.

At a recent meeting held in Abbottabad, officials discussed the priority of the Abbottabad Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project, resolving road problems near the conclusion of the Hazara Motorway at Peshawar Morr and addressing drainage issues effectively.

The provincial government has taken proactive measures to ensure that the proposed project is executed promptly and efficiently. These steps include submitting formal requests, prioritizing critical issues, and holding high-level meetings to ensure seamless coordination between relevant stakeholders.

Overall, the provincial government is committed to executing the proposed project in an efficient and effective manner. The project will help improve connectivity, reduce traffic congestion, and promote economic growth in the region. For the latest Real Estate News and Blogs, visit Realtorspk blogs.
