The civic body’s chairman chaired the meeting at CDA’s headquarters.

Construction, restoration, repair, and rehabilitation of various projects were approved in the meeting. The Board approved the construction of a bird aviary, which is boosted as one of the “world’s largest bird aviary” in F-9 Park.

This ambitious project covers an extensive area of 10 acres and aims to create a sanctuary for various bird species. It also seeks to encourage biodiversity conservation and provide an engaging experience for visitors to the park. According to reports, the Aviary will be built through a public auction following the Design, Build, Operate, and Transfer (DBOT) approach.
