Islamabad: CDA has resumed the development work of Sector C-15, which was halted in the past. The civic body has started the work on a prompt basis.
According to the details of instructions, the work has been stalled for over seven years, and the now authority management issues are resolved. Noor-ul-Amin Mengal, Chairman of the Capital Development Authority, has said that CDA will ensure the rapid development of C-15, and land will be handed over to the allotted people promptly.
CDA acquired the sector in 2008 based on the prevalent land-sharing formula & the land owners were allotted 1 Kanal plot against 4 Kanal lands. However, the allottees were not issued the allotment letters.
According to the build-up property (BuP) award, around 500+ people were considered eligible for the award. The BuP award was announced in 2016. From these 500+ people, 167 were added to the A-list, and the rest were added to the B-list.
It is pertinent to note here that a small area of Dhok-Ashraf in C-15 still needs to be acquired by the CDA. For the latest Real Estate News and Blogs, visit Realtors blogs.
