CDA Acquires PKR 1.4 Billion To Restart Work On The 10th Avenue Project-Realtorspk

Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority will get 1.4 billion PKR from the federal government to complete the 10th Avenue project. The funds will be released till the end of the year to resume work on the avenue.

According to the details, the construction work on the road started in March 2022 and was scheduled for completion in March 2024. However, things did not go as planned, and the project had to halt after 15 % of work due to a shortage of funds and resources. After the initiative of the federal government, CDA is answerable for the completion of work.

Furthermore, it is stated that the fund of rupees 1400 million is now allocated to construct the 10th Avenue project before the end of running fiscal year. The government has also decided to allocate 400 million rupees for the same project in the upcoming financial year under PSDP- Public Sector Development Program.
