Islamabad: CDA is likely to commence residential and commercial plot auctions in Islamabad. The plots will be auctioned under different categories and various sizes. The auction will begin from 17 to 20 October at Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad.
CDA aims to generate revenue with the auction and attract investors to invest in high revenue-generating opportunities.
According to the details, the official of the capital development authority said that it is a golden opportunity for the investors as they can buy commercial or residential property in the federal capital of Pakistan with complete legal rights.
The plots for auction span over various sectors within the territory of Islamabad, including Marakaz of sectors, Park Enclave commercial plots, IT Center, Blue Area, petrol pumps, apartments in multiple sectors, residential properties, and plots in 1-11 markets.
