Islamabad: NHA has asked the Capital Development Authority – CDA to renovate, repair and restore the Murree Road section damaged during the up gradation and construction of the Bhara Kahu pass.
According to the details, the National Highway Authority has received many complaints from the public due to the worst condition of roads. Therefore, the authorities conducted meetings with officials of the capital civic body.
The meeting was headed by Highway Authority’s Member Engineering and Coordination at the NHA Headquarters, and relevant officials from both sides attended the meeting. The NHA officials stressed starting repair work on the prompt as it is causing trouble for the public. The Director General of CDA assured that discussions have been started with NLC regarding repair and restoration work on the damaged section, and soon, the work will be started.
