Islamabad: FGEHA will be auctioning commercial plots in G-13 and G-14 in Islamabad soon. The news was announced on FGEHA’s official website. The plots are available in different sizes, and the auction will be conducted on 12 & 13 September.
According to the details, the auction will also include a petrol filling station plot. The buyers from the auction can avail of a 10% rebate on lump-sum payment of plots. The details can be viewed on the FGEHA website.
The commercial land in the sectors is ideal for establishing businesses, shopping centers, banks, and corporate offices. The auctioned plots are located on Main Srinagar Highway, adjacent to Metro Station, N5, and GT Road.
The auctioned plots are also easily accessible from Motorway M-1 & M-2 and Islamabad International Airport. It was highlighted in the announcement that any Pakistani local or living overseas can participate in the auction.
