Lahore:The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) conducted a successful auction on Wednesday, generating significant revenue of over PKR 416 million through the sale of 28 commercial and residential properties.
The event featured plots from various residential schemes, with oversight from the LDA auction committee, including the Housing Additional DG, Director Finance, Director Housing, and other key officials. The auction’s terms were clearly outlined at the venue.
Key sales included the lease rights for a marquee location and a plot in Jubilee Town, fetching PKR 21.84 million and PKR 6.976 million respectively. In Johar Town, four plots sold for sums ranging between PKR 30.4785 million to PKR 130.959 million. A plot in Gulshan Ravi secured PKR 9.62 million, while two corner plots in Mustafa Town were sold for PKR 6.369 million and PKR 6 million.
Additionally, the auction offered eight plots at Tezaab Market, Do Moria Bridge, with sales ranging from PKR 5.838 million to PKR 7.986 million.
