Islamabad: CDA is likely to approve the plans for commercial projects in CDA’s that fulfill the Capital Development Authority’s bylaws within thirty days.
The spokesperson of the civil body revealed that all three building control sections are directed to accelerate the efforts and approve commercial projects within the limited time limit of one month. The directions were given by chairman CDA, Noor-ul-Amin Mengal, after noticing the delay in approving the building plans.
CDA ensures that the construction of these commercial projects will cause no harm to the environment of the city. Besides, the PAK-EPA (The Pakistan Environment Protection Agency) will monitor all commercial development projects.
