Commissioner Rawalpindi inspects Business Facilitation Center

Rawalpindi: Rawalpindi Division Commissioner Liaquat Ali Chatta undertook a comprehensive inspection of the state-of-the-art Business Facilitation Center in Rawalpindi.

Accompanied by key officials, including the Director General of Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), the Commissioner meticulously evaluated the progress and functionality of the facilitation center.

This initiative aims to streamline and simplify the process for entrepreneurs, fostering a business-friendly environment. During the inspection, Commissioner Chatta emphasized the center’s role as a one-stop solution, integrating representatives from relevant departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient approach.

The Commissioner highlighted the initiative’s purpose, emphasizing its aim to provide comprehensive facilities for launching new businesses through a streamlined, one-window operation. Scheduled for inauguration on January 15, the Business Facilitation Center aims to provide entrepreneurs with a consolidated platform, expediting processes such as obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs).

Providing an update on the progress, Commissioner Chatta disclosed that approximately 90% of the center’s construction has been completed in a concise timeframe. He highlighted the potential positive impact on local employment and economic growth, emphasizing the center’s role as a catalyst for prosperity in the Rawalpindi region.
