Lahore: LDA and ABAD are discussing to improvise the building and zoning regulations of Housing Schemes of Lahore Development Authority and Housing Schemes.
According to the details, a delegation of The Association of Builders & Developers brought some suggestions to increase and streamline the Building By-Laws for Housing Schemes under LDA jurisdiction. ABAD emphasized developing a user-friendly environment for investors and buyers in the Real estate Sector.
In the meeting, delegation representatives stated that over 50 industries are linked with the real estate sector, and properly planned regulations can generate jobs and boost the economic condition of Pakistan. Furthermore, with the collaboration of the private sector, the aesthetic appeal of Lahore will eventually increase. During the discussion, both civic bodies decided to establish a monitoring mechanism to facilitate residents of private housing societies.
