Islamabad: Capital Development Authority (CDA) has made a significant financial stride, amassing PKR 10.94 billion in just two days of their ongoing auction.
The open auction has sold eight plots till now. The second day’s highlights included Plot Number 1 in Sector G-6/1-1, sold for PKR 602 million. Other sales include a 1,066.66 square yard plot in Sector E-11, which fetched PKR 1.24 billion, and two hostel plots (1,111.11 square yards) in Sector G-7/3 and G-9/4, bringing PKR 706 million and PKR 604 million, respectively.
