FGEHA plans to launch residential schemes in eight major cities in Pakistan

The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority has announced to launch of eight new residential schemes in eight metro cities of Pakistan.

The new residential projects will be launched for federal government employees and the general public based on joint ventures. FGEHA plans to launch these schemes in cities

  • Peshawar
  • Islamabad
  • Rawalpindi
  • Lahore
  • Faisalabad
  • Multan
  • Karachi
  • Quetta

The housing schemes will comprise residential and commercial plots, houses and apartments. FGEHA has asked for EoI (Expressions of Interest) from land owners, companies and firms to execute the plan. The authority has sought applications from developers, land owners, eligible people and firms for the supply of land throughout the country.

The authority also disclosed that the selection of companies would be made according to the Joint Venture Regulation 2020, and applications will be accepted till 22 December.
