Islamabad Police Launches Knock the Door Safety Campaign-Realtorspk

Islamabad: The Islamabad police have launched a new campaign called “Knock the Door” to register household workers and tenants to increase safety measures and prevent criminal activity.

A spokesperson from the police public relations department has reported that the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) of Islamabad has carried out a comprehensive data collection exercise. The operation covered 242 domestic servants across 520 residences located in the Khanna and Bani Gala police station jurisdiction areas.

A registration initiative has been launched as part of the broader efforts to maintain law and order in the city. The primary aim is to identify potentially risky individuals by gathering information on tenants and domestic workers. This way, the likelihood of criminal activities, such as theft by people posing as ordinary citizens, can be reduced.

The campaign involved police teams visiting various neighborhoods to gather relevant data and engage with residents to understand their challenges. Citizens were also advised to exercise caution and verify the identity of individuals collecting data in plain clothes. For the latest Real Estate News and Blogs, visit Realtorspk blogs.
