Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has officially announced the details for an upcoming auction of a highly sought-after commercial plot in Islamabad.
The auction of 35 commercial plots is scheduled from January 10 to 12 at Ghandra Hall, F9 Park. This strategic initiative aims to strengthen financial health of the civic body amidst the ongoing challenges. The auction will be conducted over three days.
The first day of the auction will feature eight prime locations, two plots in the bustling commercial hub of Blue Area and one plot on Park Road.The second day of the auction will present a diverse array of plots designated for hospitals, petrol pumps, hotels, apartments, and timber-related activities. Finally, the third and final day of the auction will highlight plots for Aabpara Market, agro farms, Information and Technology Centres, and Class Three shopping centers.
