Islamabad: Capt (R) Anwar ul Haq, Chairman Capital Development Authority – CDA has instructed to support the private sector in the city to make the capital more beautiful and environmentally sustainable.
The Chairman of CDA has emphasized the importance of promoting eco-friendly efforts made by the private sector and their involvement in the initiatives. He said that the participation of the private sector positively impacts the city’s environment and will help keep the city greener.
It is important to note here that previously, a joint effort between Jazz and Capital Development Authority, a tree planting initiative, was started in F-6/2. Jazz employees actively participated and planted over 2 thousand Amaltas trees in dedicated locations.
According to the CDA plan, various trees will be planted in various locations to increase the growth of greenery and eco-friendly environment in the city.
